Returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons.

Should any of your items arrive damaged or you have any other problems, please get in contact at : contact@galspiffy.com or send me a message through my contact form.

If your items are damaged, please include a photo of the damage and we can discuss where to go from there.

I try to be as helpful and transparent with my customers, so we will always reach a happy agreement!
