Where is my order?

Order turnaround is usually 2 weeks (14 DAYS) from the date of purchase- not including weekends and bank holidays-  however may take longer in rare circumstances! It may also be quicker than this too! 

This means that from the date of your purchase, you will get a shipping notification within the turnaround period. This does not mean that you will definitely receive your order within that time however. Once the order is out of my hands, I no longer have control of when orders will arrive.

 

Please be patient with me and the postal systems around the world. We are all trying our best :)

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

From the 1st of July 2021, new EU regulations were put into place. Customs duties may be imposed at the point of crossing a national border, therefore meaning you may have to pay a custom fee upon receiving your order. Please bare this in mind if you are ordering from outside the UK.
